- No returns on goods sold.
- Products must be returned in the original box and must include all the original tag, label and packaging.
- Please note that only one exchange request can be made per each order.
- Products cannot be returned/refunded/exchange for non-quality reasons.
- This policy is only applicable to purchases made online via the SUNSHINE E-Shop.
- All return shipping fee must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns.
