Free Delivery Service for orders over HK$300 to Hong Kong.

Terms And Conditions

SUNSHINE Lighting Limited (hereinafter ‘SUNSHINE’, ‘the company’, ‘us’, ‘we’ or ‘our’) provides the content and services on this SUNSHINE e-Shop website (hereinafter ‘e-Shop’), and the “customer” or “you” means any person, firm, company or body which places an order with us. By accessing and purchasing in the e- Shop website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended from time to time at our sole discretion.

1. Order Verification

After receiving your order, we will check the information you provide for validity. We also verify the pricing, quantity and current stock status of the purchased products. We reserve the right to decline any order submitted and/or limit the product quantities purchased by you, without giving any reason. If a product is out of stock, you will receive notification of order cancellation. In the event of system error, the company has the right to cancel the transaction.

 

2. Payment

After customers completed order details confirmation, the payment procedures will be processed in RECON Payment Gateway and we will not capture user’s credit card information in this process. Customers will only be charged when the order is successfully accepted.

3. Delivery

3.1 Free delivery will be provided for purchase of HK$300 or above, e-Shop will arrange SF Express for delivery. If your order amount is less than HK$300, additional delivery charge of HK$50 will be charged for each delivery service.

3.2 All delivery service should be within Hong Kong (except for closed areas). Successfully processed orders will be delivered within 7 working days.

3.3 Delivery service will be handled by SUNSHINE’s appointed logistic company. Delivery is deemed to have been completed where the Delivery Item is delivered to the address as specified by you but not necessarily to the named contact person as specified in your order. If there is any dispute arising from delivery, it will be handled by the logistic company and our company will not be responsible for it. The terms and conditions of the delivery service is subject to the appointed logistic company’s service policy. In the event that our ppointed logistic company delivers the product to your specified address, and the person there refuses to accept delivery of the product, our company reserves the rights to charge you for the related delivery fee.

 

4. Extra Service Charge (if applicable)

Item Service Area Charge for general items (Single Trip)
Additional Stair Charge If buildings are without lift or appliances can only be accessed through staircases of a floor or above, there will be an additional delivery charge per floor $50 per floor
Crossing Obstacles Charge There is a need to move appliances across obstacles such as washbasin, cabinet etc. $150 per item
Remote Area Charge If the destination is not accessible by cars but accessible by carts only (distance between parking and building’s entrance to be 400m or above), surcharge is required $150 per item

 

4.1 Delivery service is only applicable to commercial or residential address. It is not applicable to the construction site.

4.2 For the above table, in case of dispute, SUNSHINE Lighting Limited reserves the right for final decision.

4.3 Additional charge is required for shipping to Lantau Islands, Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay.

In case of dispute, SUNSHINE Lighting Limited reserves the right for final decision.

 

5. Not for resell

All products sold at e-Shop are for end-users only. All illegal purpose is prohibited. If we have any suspicion on the usage for the purchased items, SUNSHINE Lighting reserves the right to cancel the transaction.

 

6. Deadline to collect the product

All products must be collected or delivered within one month from the date of order placement, otherwise the
order will be automatically cancelled and uncollected products will be discharged accordingly and no refund
will be made.

 

7. No refund, no return or exchange of non-quality product

All items sold are non refundable, non returnable and non exchangeable after the completion of payment procedures. Customers must verify all the information, including product model, specification, quantity and price carefully before placing order. In case of dispute, SUNSHINE Lighting Limited reserves the right for final decision.

In case there is any inconsistency or conflict between English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
