SUNSHINE Lighting Warranty Service

Dear Customer,

Thank you for purchasing a Sunshine Lighting product. All of our products are manufactured using the best components to deliver the best performance experience for you, hence most our products have up to 2 years international warranty. We highly recommend that you carefully read the operation manual before using any of our products.
In the unlikely event that you have experienced product failures during the warranty period, we will arrange for your product to be serviced or replaced in the country of use according to the warranty terms below.

Warranty Terms

The warranty begins from the date of purchase according to the proof of purchase and expires at the end of the period indicated on the packaging box. The proof of purchase must indicate the date of purchase, dealer name and model number of the product for it to be valid.
During the warranty period, if the defect is caused by materials, technical, or technology issues arising from Sunshine Lighting, then a free repair service will be offered. When the product is deemed unrepairable then a replacement product will be offered at Sunshine Lighting’s discretion and the warranty will continue from the date of original purchase.
What is excluded?

The warranty does not cover, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of business.

The warranty does not apply if:

  • Malfunction or damages resulting from Acts of God, natural disaster, fire, civil unrest and/or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse or damage by negligence and abuse or by environmental conditions that are not in conformance with the recommended operations of the product
  • Usages outside of the scope defined in the user manual
  • Alter, removing or illegible model numbers on the product
  • Repairs or product modification and alterations have been carried out by unauthorized service organizations or persons and caused damages
  • The product is excessively used for improper purposes other than daily consumption
  • The defect is caused due to connected peripherals, additional equipment or accessories other than those recommended by Sunshine Lighting
  • The product was not used from the country where it was intended to be distributed

  • Original invoice or cash receipt
  • Date of purchase

  • Model of product

If there is any inconsistency or conflict between English and Chinese version of this Warranty Terms, the English version shall prevail.
