Exchange Policy

If the items you receive have quality issues, please send email to info@sunshinelights.com or contact our customer service hotline (852) 2402 1920 / WhatsApp: 9723 4541 with your order no. and pictures of your item within warranty period.

  • No returns on goods sold
  • Items must be returned in the original box and must include all the original tag, label and packaging.
  • Please note that only one exchange request can be made per each order.
  • Items cannot be returned/refunded/exchange for non-quality reasons.
  • This policy is only applicable to purchases made online via the SUNSHINE e-Shop.
  • All return shipping fee must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns.

If there is any dispute, SUNSHINE Lighting Limited reserves the right of final decision.
